14-Day Return Window

You may return an item within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the conditions below.


Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original packaging

All accessories and components must be included

The product must be in resellable condition

Items that are damaged, used, or missing parts may not qualify for a refund.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned:

Cleaning cloths

Opened car care chemicals

Used brushes or sponges

Items with obvious signs of use

Electrical or tech products that have been tampered with


Faulty or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  3. Attach photos or video of the issue

We will replace or refund the item as quickly as possible.


Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong item or something is missing from your package, notify us within 48 hours so we can resolve it immediately.


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will:

  • Approve or reject your refund

  • Notify you via email

  • Process your refund within 3–5 business days

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.


Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is defective or incorrect → Carstomize covers all return costs

  • If the item is unwanted or ordered incorrectly → Customer covers return shipping


Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

Incorrect size (for applicable products)

Wrong item received

Defective items

Subject to stock availability.


Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
After shipment, standard return rules apply.
