1. How long does delivery take?

Delivery takes 14–21 business days.
This includes product processing, sourcing, quality checks, packing, and courier transit.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.


2. How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at 20% of your total order value.


3. Do you offer cash on delivery?

No.
We currently accept secure online card payments and EFT methods.


4. Where do you deliver?

We deliver to all areas in South Africa, including major cities and rural regions.


5. Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Debit & credit cards

  • Secure online payments (via Shopify’s checkout)

  • EFT options depending on your payment setup

Note: PayFast and Payflex are NOT required — and your return policy does not depend on them.


6. Can I track my order?

Yes.
You will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS once your order has shipped.
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.


7. What if my product arrives damaged?

  • Order number

  • Photos or a short video of the issue

We will assist you immediately.


8. Can I return something?

Yes — items can be returned within 7 days if they are unused and in original packaging.

9. Are your products guaranteed?

Yes.
Faulty or defective items will be replaced at no cost to you.
